Shipping - Delivery - Taxes & Return Policies
Shipping charges are free on all items purchase less that( $1000.00) one thousand dollars. All special orders are non refundable and clients will need to sign such papers required and specified upon agreement. We will use different source of delivery including a third party delivery service such as ups-usps – fedex – dhl. Rates will determined by size and weight of items and some items may take as much as (7) seven weeks for delivery which will stated as so. All deliveries must be inspected upon delivery for large items including furniture/lighting/clocks and artworks. All returns require a return authorization number by contacting a client relation agent. Most electrical items are required a restocking fee cost to the client and items will be inspected for re-saleable condition. All post office box will be ship via united states post office on small items only.
